Over the years, we have gradually extended our cut-off time for processing same-day orders. Where we stopped handling orders at 8pm in 2012, we now process all orders that come in by 10pm on the same day. We continue to develop in this respect as well, in the awareness that 24-hour delivery has become quite normal for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. This means that your customers can place their orders until 10 pm for us to process them and hand them over to your preferred carrier that same day for delivery on the next working day.
HC works with several selected carriers. We have good experience of working with PostNL, DPD, Transmission, Dachser and some other national postal services. Depending on your wishes, we select the optimum routing for you, with the highest quality.

We link our E-Warehouse system to your online shop, or a market place like Bol.nl or Ebay.com, so that we receive all incoming orders directly. Another advantage of linking our system is that you can monitor real-time data about current stock, ongoing orders, expected goods arrival times and much more.
We believe that software is one of the main elements of successful fulfilment. You will receive a personal login for our E-Warehouse to enable you to monitor your stock levels 24/7.
Once we have linked our systems together, it is time to really get started! We receive the goods and store them straight away at their designated locations in our warehouse. You can opt to send the entire order directly, or just a specific part and thus save storage costs. Our warehouse offers you all kinds of storage options. Examples are pallet locations which are served by our reach truck drivers and totes for smaller orders.
And our location in the “Blue Banana Zone” puts our warehouse in the perfect position for your stock. We have direct injection to the German and European markets with well-known shipping companies such as DHL and DPD.
The next step after properly storing your goods is that our logistics staff start fulfilling your orders. A link between your online shop and our software ensures that your orders are sent directly to our fulfilment warehouse so that they can be delivered to your customers fast and accurately.
