Who is HC Group?

HC Group is a fast growing logistics service provider. The largest branch within the organization is taking the logistics process off the hands of large (European) web shops, from goods receipt to returns handling and everything in between. When a webshop receives one order, it is automatically forwarded to our warehouse. Here, the received orders are collected, packed and sent the same day to ensure fast shipment. By taking the entire logistics process off the hands of the webshop owners, we can fulfill our promise: E-commerce made simple! Logistics employee: what are your activities?

As a logistics employee you are responsible for the various activities involved in the logistics processes of online store orders:

• Inbound and outbound of goods;
• Storage and management, including order processing and replenishment of goods;
• Handling and processing returns;
• Operation of forklift and/or reach truck;
• Operation of the WMS (Warehouse Management System);
• Inventory controls and details settlement.

Who are you?

• As a logistics employee you are a real go-getter and stress resistant;
• You are someone who can work independently and show initiative;
• You work in a 2-shift system but are flexible if necessary;
• You find it important to work in a nice team;
• You enjoy doing varied work and you have the ambition to develop into a real all-round logistics employee;
• You live a maximum of 25 km from Weert;
• You work accurately.

During the week, HC Group opens its doors at 06:00 in the morning and closes again at 23:30 in the evening. During the weekend, people work during the day and there is room for making flexible appointments. As a full-time logistics employee you work in two shifts.
