Who is HC Group?

HC Group is a fast-growing E-commerce service provider that specializes in taking care of web orders. Our customers are large web shops for whom we are ready every day to collect, pack and ship all orders of the same day.

What will you do?

As Logistics Team Leader you report to the Logistics Supervisor and you are responsible for managing - in shifts - your team of logistics employees and order pickers. Together with the multilingual team, you ensure an efficient and flawless execution of all logistic processes and activities, such as organizing incoming and outgoing goods, storage and management for the (web-)store orders we take care of for our customers. You lead your team but also roll up your sleeves to achieve the agreed targets. Furthermore, you are responsible for the work preparation, distribution of tasks within your team, supervision, training and motivation of your team members. You also have a forklift/reach truck certificate.

Who are you?

• You have at least MBO-4 working and thinking level, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics
• You have empathic leadership skills, but are also results-oriented
• You think along with changes and/or improvements in processes
• You think in workable and constructive solutions
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are comfortable with various software packages, especially WMS
• You live in the vicinity of Weert (radius ± 25 km).

• A good and fair salary of € 2.513,00 to € 3.377,00 gross per month depending on your experience; excluding possible allowances
